Default Having trouble with SOHC engine, Need Help

I was droving down the road yesterday, and the engine lost power. It was spitting and sputtering really badly, and it was really hard to get it to rev up to 2,000 RPM. It even backfired a few times through the throttle body. I checked the coolant, it was a little milky looking so I thought maybe it was a head gasket. I did a compression test, and number 1&2 cyllinders had 180 lbs. per sq.in., cyllinder 3 had 210, and cyllinder 4 had 185. I really am not sure what it is. I would really appreciate any help I can get about this.

take the oil cap off is it milky looking there if so you got a blown head gasket. Are you loosing water? Take your spark plugs out one by one and turn it over with the fuel pump fuse out I did that and water shot over my house on my num 1 cylinder.lol

yeah sounds like fuel pump to me too check what pressure you have at the rail, stock sould be about 49 to 50 and sounds like you may have other issues. like the milky oil and the compression being much higher on the number 3 then on the other 3
