Can someone try and point me in the right direction? My 1995 Neon will not start. it cranks and that's about it. We have change the all of the relays in the fuse box under the hood. New Ignition Coil new cam sensor, new computer It does not start If we use ether it tries to start. Had a guy come over with a computer tester 2 weeks ago it was not sending out any error codes then on This past friday he came again with it and the computer would not talk to the machine he said the PCM was bad because there is no power going out of it but I put another one in and it is doing the same thing. He says it's the PCM because when you turn the key on the check engine light does not come on. Can some one help??????
It's summer time and im stuck in the house with 5 kids Please Helppppppppppppppp Im losing my mind!!!!

i know u said u checked all the relays but are u sure the #20 Fuel pump fuse is alright? that fuse sends power to the PCM.

 

just cause the car won't start doesn't mean the check engine light will come on. did you do any repairs or acting funny when you last drove it?

There is no spark no fuel Nothing there are all new relays and new coil new Computer "ECU" it does crank but will not start.
The last time I drove it it choked and died 1 block from my house but then it started and I made it home and then it started up and I pullrd it in the driveway and now it wont start just cranks and cranks. we put a cam sensor in as well yesterday. Im at a loss.. .

I find it hard to believe that there is no spark AND no fuel.Usually its one or the other.You disconnected the fuel rail while cranking over to see if its spitting gas out then.?

If it's not getting spark, and you replaced the coil pack, and the cam position sensor, It could be the pcm.You replaced the pcm with one from same year/model/transmission neon.? Also check wires, a lot of times it could just be a corroded or loose wire.

I'd still like to know if its not getting spark or fuel though, cause usually its not both.Let us know...good luck

 

What about the fuses? Did you check or replace any?

 

I have checked and replaced fuses still nothing it is making me crazy!!!
I do not know what else to check.

A little patience goes a long ways.... You did'nt answer any of my questions. How do you know your are getting fuel??????
