Default aftermarket gauge install

okay so i ordered a boost gauge from glowshift and i dont know where to connect the power and light source wire... i know i could run the power wire straight to the battery but i dont wanna have a cluster of wires that lead to the battery, its just cheesy.... and the yellow wire needs to be connected to a light source that will come on whenever the headlights are turned on. also the actually hose that measures boost from a vaccuum source, where did you install the t-fitting for it????.. please help!

Couldn’t you wire it to the headlight switch? I think its a yellow cable with a black tracer. Just take out the headlight switch, turn it on/off while testing multiple wires with a wire tester to find the one that goes on/off with the switch but I think its yellow with a black stripe. Search for how to install reverse glow gauges and wire it up the same way.

for the illuminating wire, you can find the one that gives power to the dash lights on the back of the cluster
