will srt4 clusters andf headlights fit on a 95 ?

Technically the cluster will fit, but you will need the engine also to get it to work. All 2nd gen clusters are data bus...unlike the 1st gens.

i belive the mounts for the clusters are the same, but what is a data bus?

If you swap in the cluster, you will need the steering column, engine, and PCM to go with it...

Plus, why woudl you want a cluster that says SRT-4 if its not really SRT-4?

its just i want new clusters, and i can get the srt4 clustersm for 20$ new, versus like 200 for aftermarket clusters.
