Ok.. I have a 99 r/t that I am rebuilding it... I also have a 98 { it is a dohc but idunno if it is r/t} .. Here is my question.. I took the dash off of both cars.. the 98 has alot of wires running under the topo dash peice.. but the 99 doesn't ... is this normal... i think the 99 the wires are deper in the dash.. Is this jsut a design change??

 

Never compared the two, but its possible its just a design change.
