Yes its really easy, I know there is a guide on here somewhere of how to do it or at least how to wire them up. Pretty much u position the needles all facing the same way and then slip it under them. You do not want to remove the needles, that can cause problems. Also around the needles base and in the needles path you may want to apply some water soluable elmer's glue on the back of the new face to keep the face firmly on the cluster. I put it on at first without the glue and I had problems with my needles getting stuck on the new face because there is not much room between the needles and the face, also there is not much force that moves the needles so if they even rub up against something they can easily get stuck. Just a suggestion, I know others have done the same with the elmer's glue that way you can always take the white face off and clean up the glue if you decide you want your stock dash.

Removing the needles isn't that big of a deal. I don't see why everyone makes a big fuss over it. I had done it several times and not had any problems.

That ebay overlay is the exact one I did. What I did was took the needles off and sprayed a spray glue onto my cluster (dont plan on taking the glow gauge overlay off) and then with the needles still OFF of the cluster I put it back in the car and started the car and then turned the car off. Then I put the needles back in putting them all pointing down (aka as if the car was off) and then when I started the car back up viola! Everything was to its original place (of course you have to let the car run for a sec to get the oil back up, but its been about 5 months since I put the glow overlay in and no problems or sticking needles at all.
