i have a 1/4" breaker bar and a 3/8" breaker bar in the garage....the 1/4" is just kinda funny looking...
anyways..
in order to tighten or loosen the alt. belt, there is 1-15mm swivel bolt on the passenger side of the motor...almost under the motor mount....then there are 2-13mm...(though depending on the year they might be 10mm) bolts in the opposite side of the aluminum bracket to the right of the power steering pump...they are located right under the thermostat housing....
when the bolts are loose, there is a square slot that fits a 1/2" breaker bar thats located right between the 2 powersteering lines that connect to the pump....if you put the breaker bar in there and lift up and towards the rear of the car, you will tighten the belt...you just have to hold tension on it while you tighten the other 3 bolts.......its a manual tensioner
