My neon does not have a tach and i was wondering if i put in a cluster from another witha tach would it be a simple plug and play? Could i also adjust the odometer to be even with mine?

yes and yes. there are a few rare occasions when putting a cluster in with a tach and the tach not working. those were on early 95's. and for the odometer if u take the cluster apart. its very very simple to take apart. and u can just swap them.

I swapped the guts out of mine in 15 minutes, hardest part is finding the torx head screw driver inserts in your tool box!

blurry pic cuz I can't sit still very long [:@]
