i recently installed the prothane kit on my r/t....and my work car came with the same kit installed when i bought it.....well worth the money...you can notice one hell of a difference..
i dont know on the r/t yet since its still on jacks....but it was all easy to install except for the front controll arms...that was a different story

i was amazed with how many bushings it all came with..
front controll arms
rear controll arms
front sway bar center bushings and end links
rear sway bar center bushings and end links
rear lateral support
tie rod boots
and i think 1 or 2 more....
oh and unless you plan on racing the car, i wouldnt bother replacing the rear controll arm bushings....chances are those bushings arent too bad on your car and you will probally do more damage then good trying to get the large bolts out that hold the controll arms to the car.....just fyi
