Default I NEED HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!!!

wow, it has been 2 weeks now since this bolt snapped when i was trying to simply change my front lower motor mount... i have tried to drill into it to use an easy out and this bolt is not even drillable apperantly.... wore down at least 3 drill bits i had and didnt even starta hole..... next, i tried to weld a nut on the end to wrench it out... but the bolt broke just so its basically a stub sticking out and i cant even get a nut started to thread on so the weld wont hold for nothing.... i seriously am baffled and have no clue what to do next.... please somebody tell me what the next route to go would be... thanks to all who post

well the bolt is hardened steel so it will be difficult to get out.......find a carbide drill bit and it shouldnt have a problem drilling it out

I would try the pilot hole with an E-Z out, and use heat (mapp gas works best) lots of heat! Get that stub nice and hot after you drill it,but before you put the E-Z out in. you dont want to heat up the E-Z out with direct heat.

cut it out and weld it
its not the frame, its the core support, these cars dont have frames, you can weld to that all day, my race car is all welded up there.

you could always get a big enough carbide drill bit.....drill thw whole thing out....then just put a long bolt with a washer in the old hole
