im just siting here bored and wondering if anybody on here goes to the ttrack much.. if so what are your times?

96' 4dr highline 15.5 @89

98R/T i dont know what it will run yet when it runs right. took it to the track when i first got it and ran a 16 flat at 87.. had major problem though.. oil pouring out of the cam sensor onto the clutch so i had no launch and couldnt get into the throttle because the clutch would just slip... and the car shut off in 2nd and 3rd over 4700rpm's

00' blazer stock 5spd 15.5 at 89... 2.1-2.2 60ft....sideways out the hole.. spun second even after peddling and lost a little bit of traction in third.. so id say a 15.0 on a good day.. not bad for 5000 pound v6

thats all for my strreet cars

15.9 at 86mph (so says gtech after my mods and good old fashion means) Totally stock it did 16.4 at 82mphwith gtech, I also timed and marked out a 1/4 mile and timing was acurate within a few tenths.

If I could get 10hp more on the low end launch speed I could probably get a low 15 second 1/4mile. Speaking of.... what kind of mods would get me 5-10hp in the 1500-2500 range without losing any top end? theres a flat spot around that area where it loses alot of time getting going, but after that RPMit hauls ***. In each of my 1/4 mile runs I've noticed the main spot wherethe car could improve its time dramatically is launch power, if I could get some off the line juice even 5hp more that would be a huge gain. Read my signature thats the only things done to my car if that helps in getting an answer to theoff the line bliss questionI know a 5 speed would help in getting that off the line launch but since I can't have my car down for too long changing tranny to a 5 speedisnt an option. So what mod gives good low end?

Thanks

I could not find all of my times online- but it depends on which rack I am racing at!

Still Looking for my Sebring, Atlanta MotorsportSpeedway,Memphis Speedway, and Nashville Speedway Times

I am going to try to get up north and do one new track this year ( actually it is an old track) but would be new for me to race at - VIR!

These Tracks vary in length from 2 miles to 3+ Miles in length and we get usually anywhere from 10 to 20 laps

The Diff column is where I probably had Mechanical issues - at Road Atlanta I dropped a valve - at Daytona I lost 3rd Gear
