Yeah i thought that too on play back, in real life it doesnt really sound like its farting it sounds more like straight engine noise. Could be because I don't have a tip and am running the glass pack at the end of the pipe,but even so it doesnt sound rice when you actually can hear it in person, it sounds more like factoryperformance system. And when your going down the road about 25-35mph it sounds like a louder version of what the engine sounds like with thestock muffler.

people hate what they can not understand, and it's quite unfortunate for them, i say for the neon to go through two generations, three brands, a SRT brand, and over a decade of production to say the least, why would you hate a neon, oh and not to menchion that it is Chryslers 2nd fastest car power to weight ratio...the only thing better would be a viper?
for the record, i have always wanted a neon, i have one and now i want a SRT-4 Neon...it's contagious

 

my first car was a 1989 sterling 825 sl, fully loaded, i had it for 2 weeks before it was stolen out of my drive-way, that was in 99' my oldest brother had bought a neon back in 93-94 whenever they stopped making the shadow it looked odd at first but it grew on me so in 2000 he gave it to me (because i had yet to find myself a car after the sterling was stolen) and i have had it since -no accidents no dents no scratches nothing and i keep it shining and polished so for those neon haters keep on hating because you make us look better!
