Default Neon Wont Start

Ok so a friend of mine came by, we(he) checked a few things out and we are stumped. Here is what we know, the car IS getting spark. Fuel pressure seems to be fine. And I had it diagnosed as a crank sensor being the problem before, but I have come to learn that if the crank sensor is bad I would not be getting any spark. We checked the fuses, all look good. Car cranks, but will not start. We have no idea what's going on. Any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

Michael

It cranks, if it was the timing belt it would just be a really quick whine. Because the top endwould'nt be moving. Right?
