I'd like to see the chassis dyno that shows this. The best I have seen from a TB & manifold spacer is about 5 HP.
And the Mopar PCM is not adjustable and does not remove the rev or speed limiter...just raises both.

There are no DOHC 2nd gen neons other than the SRT-4...and no you can't use that one either.

 

So I've been lied to about the rev limiter and adjustability[:@]I've seen a link off of the link page for Neon performance stuff and one of the pagesclaims this one company you send your pcm to them and they will program up to 35hp worth of gainsinto the pcm, I'll have to search for the link,but it sounded too good to be true even at $500.

I'll upload a scan of the slip for ya guys, I ran a baseline 2 months ago and I ran on the dyno last thursday with all my mods.

Also I was wondering if Chikara Headers from Hedman Headers are any good? I sold my 4 door PartsNeonand the guy gave me $150 plus this chikara Header.

idk i just have Dc headers im just going with there mostly all the same but someone will say differant

 

not all headers are all the same...Chikara is a good headerpacesetter is the best for the sohc but they rust the pacesetter is only better by 1-2 hp so i say its good

Slashwannabe, I think you were referring to the Jet PCM...where you send off your PCM and they flash it for you. But it DOES NOTHING!!

The Pacesetter header has shown the best gains for the SOHC and it isn't the header that rusts but rather the exhaust system that rusts badly.

 

i still dont get how they can charge $500 for it to do nothing couldnt you sue them or something for falsefying statements?

if it does nothing then why are they still in buisness??\

any lawsuits against them?

 

They might work on other cars, but don't for the neon. I know someone who bought the "Jet chip" for his 2nd gen neon and had it dyno'd before and after....no difference at all.

 

i would get my money back or like i said sue

and all you would prolly need is the dyno sheets oh and a lawyer

 

i would be my own lawyer so i could get more money
