Default Experimenting with Video Streaming & Compression

Hey Gang

I am experimenting with a Streaming Media Server at home and wanted some feed back on performance and quality of some of my race video over the weekend.

http://www.teamslacker.com/Gallery/V...ualify%201.WMV

This is my race video of Qualifing at Barber Motor Sport in my little 1st Gen Neon in the Rain with worn out Race Slick Tires

If you don't mind - I would like some feed back on what your Internet Connection speed is? Media Player you are viewing with, and what you think of the quality of the video Pictures

I have restricted the connections to 10 simutanously since this is my Server at home for config and bench testing
My Production web server will have better bandwidth and I will not have this restriction on it.

I will be putting up more this weekend as I convert my Video with different formats and different quality.

Thanks for any feedback

Thanks kris95neonspt

I will be posting a bunch of different race video's from my neon over the weekend - I will be posting them in different formats

Can you tell me if you had any issues watching the video?

What is your internet connection and what Application did you watch it in? Windows Media Player, QuickTime, Other?

What did you think of the quality of the video?

check back tonight or tomorrow - I will put up a bunch of different race videos - I think the best one I have is from Daytona last year where I am passing Hondas, Mustangs, and I was racing against another Neon door to door for a lap or two!

I have posted the Daytona Race 1 from last year

Its kinda long video - but it is a great race - even though I started at the back of the pack

Its a long story - I had to work late Friday - went home and loaded up the race car and towed it to Daytona - Missed Qualify for Saturday but raced Saturday afternoon!

in the 1st lap alone - two cars bump each other, another car looses its clutch and you can hear it reving the engine as I pass by and I pass a few cars in the slower class

through out the race you see me run down Hondas and Neons and Mazdas

Sorry its kinda long video - atleast 40 minutes

I am using a different compression setting - so let me know what the quality of the video and audio is like

P.S. Yes I do talk to my car as I race and I encourage it especially when we are running down a fellow competitor in my class
and I criticize myself when I mess up!
