will the stock srt4 coilsbe compatiableon the kyb GR2 struts??

see thats what im not sure about.....i know we can use the 2nd gens springs....(if we wanna lift our cars)...but the srt4 has a slightly different suspension setup, so im not sure

2nd gens can use 1st gen R/T springs to lower their car. 2nd gens can also use the SRT-4 suspension setup. 1st gens can't use either. I think you can use the 2nd gens, but I don't know anyone who has done this yet.

i had a set of gold line drop springs from a 2001 neon on my old r/t.....worked out good though the springs had a few coils cut off to drop it alot more....

The difference is the srt spring is taller by two inches.This is on the front I have not messed with the rear

So its impossible to swap the springs then? I need to bring the front end of my car up about 1/2 inch, I think... Hey Aerorat, you did the swap with the tranny too... are your axles perpendicular with your hubs??

I believe you can swap out the front ones, but I beleive it may lift it more than you want. And will make it areal stiff ride. Yes, the tranny was swapped and yes the axles are perpendicular with the hubs
