BINGO any make or model can be considered rice no matter where it is made, it's whats done to them. I think a better word would be cheesy.

Pssssst- My Neon is an import so that dosen't make it rice because I haven't done anything tackey to it and considered itto befast because of it.

I went thru this real quick like but didn't see any mention of who we share engines with, so watch the "ricer" comments. You can keep your fart cans, they have to be one of the most annoying things on God's green Earth. Why anybody would want their ride to sound like that is beyond me.
As to all those 11 second hemi or 440 powered muscle cars, not on 7.75x14or F 60 x 15 street baloneys. Olds 442 and Buick Grand Sports would give them a run for the money because they hooked up a lot better on street tires. I should know, I had a 440 powered 1964 Plymouth 2 door sedan and my girlfriend at the time had a 1969 Hurst Olds.
