Fog Lamp wiring.

Fog Lamp wiring.
we're all Neons pre-wired for fog lamps? if so, where/what wires up front are for the Fogs? cause i can only find one open connector on the front.

all the neons ive seen were prewired....the wires should be zip tied to the radiator support

unfortunately my 95 4door highline is not.. and idk why, now i have to take the wires out of my 96 2door that i have for parts..

I have been trying to find the bumper with fog lamps but havent had much luck.
