how much approximently would that cost. including the engine and trans.

 

and this may sound like a dumb question but will the car be faster with a srt swap or by putting a turbo kit on the stock engine.

 

a srt swapwould have more top speed with less work

 

personally.....the srt4 motor swap would be alot more work then just putting a turbo on the stock motor...and would cost alot less....
though the only downfall is the 130mph speed limit of the stock motor compared to 147mph of a stock srt4

That depends on the price of the motor and then the price of the turbo system you wanna run. Spud put an SRT-4 turbo setup on his DOHC for about $1000 and some change. The people I have seen do the swap are usually in about $5000-$8000.

 

and you could megasquirt it and get rid of the limiter thats what i will do with the strat but honestly i don't go to 100mph all the time maby once a year 0-60 is what i love to do

 

an srt4 runs with what, 230hp????
after just installing the srt4 turbo on your car you can easily be close to the same power as the whole motor swap......though with just the turbo you would have about $5,000 extra sitting around

 

and your car is at 350ish hp and is lighter then a srt4 but that with internals like i want
