Default Timing belt tensioner

I can't find a timing belt tensioner at AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts, and the dealership wants like $140 for the tensioner. Where did you guys buy a new tensioner from? The tensioner seems fine, but of course need to replace it while it's apart, so it doesn't fail and have to go through all this work again. Thanks in advance!!!

you can just get an idler pulley and swap over the new one with the one on the tensioner....it took autozone about 20 minuites with me walking them through it to find the pulley, so i have the part number on my board out in the garage....

just got to autozone and give them the part number
9-5405
its only $22.00

I have the tensionser pulley, but I was meaning the tensioner itself. Should that part be replaced as well? The tensioner, I guess that's what it's called, the part with the rod that you have to compress and put an allen wrench through to hold the rod down during installation.
