Default car dies

so the wife has been complaining alot about her car dieing.......whenever she has the heat, a/c, or rear defroster on and goes to stop or put the car in reverse.....im getting tired of hearing all the bitching but i cant figure out whats wrong with it.....
if the heat, a/c, or rear defroster are not on, then the car runs like new..
im just confused with that thing
any ideas????

I would say either the throttle body is dirty or your tps sensor is not sensing the load, when you turn the blower motor on it will put a load on the motor from the alternator and the computer should bump up the idle. In this case, it is not.

Wow.. Spud stumped??

Quick solution: Stop using heat, a/c and rear defrost! Haha... I would have to agree with Jr. though.. sounds like he has a good point!

hey, i get stumped once and a while[:@]
i was gonna change the tps sensor yesterday, but little did i realize that she has the 95 style sensor on her car.....i only have a 98 flat pin style sensor.....but i only have a plug that i can splice on from a 95 style and a 98 style round pin connector......so, i have a sensor, but not a plug for it[&:]

if it was my car then i probally wouldnt use the heat or a/c or anything....but she has a hard time with the heat...as do i, but i can deal with it a little better
