i thought a "3.0" intake was a homemade custom intake. what does that mean then? and also im gonna make my own also but what do you do about the little vacuum line looking thing. it was attached to the stock intake where do you run that to?

nevermind you use on of these right? and where do you mount it? or do you just let it sit on the valve cover? also what about the thing that clips around the intake tube? looks like it has something to do withvacuum?

i know a 3.0 is home made but i can get one made out of stainless steal all one solid piece made esp for my car. like i said my dads worker can do it because they are pipe benders. should i just take the time to measure everything out(so he knows where to bend) or just make a 3.0. and the custom one would be free? just a matter of time. and which would look better and perform better.

yeah for sure. im leaning towards having a custom one bent. but i think i gotta move my battery because the tray is totally in the way unless i cut some of it off. which would be better? keeping it in front adds wait to the front which i want since it is fwd
