should be fine as long as u dont go any deep deep puddles. mine is about the same height and the closest i came to sucking up water was when it was raining really bad and i went off the road through a puddle...scared the crap out of me...and then when i was having fun in the snow...just be careful if you have snow where you are and u go into a parking lot to do donuts....
uploaded a couple of better pics. and thanks for your opinion. i live in florida so no snow here and im releived that i shouldn't have any problems. anddo you have clearance issues with the hood? i have to push down on mine to latch it all the way and also the rod that holds the hood up wont go back into its normal clip cuz the tube is in the way. oh and what about scraping the filter on the ground with a speed bump or parking curb? ever had that problem? wouldnt want to lose your filter while going down the road...

i didn't have any problems. and on the first photo in your second posts makes it look like its a little lower than mine. like an inch lower. as for the hood clearance. i dont have problems but then again. my radiatior only had one fan so i didn't have to do the cut in the middle like u had to.
so yea, depending on how badly it rains down there and how easily it floods, might want to cut it maybe an inch off the bottom. just to be safe.

Looks nice. Keep up the good work. Stay away from deep puddles and you will be fine. If you do go in a deep puddle and the car stalls on you. DO NOT try to start the car. Pull out all your spark plugs and then try to crank the car and then watch all the water shoot out. Disconnect your intake manifold and drain any water in there as well. Change the oil and then pray the car starts.
actually i'll get a bypass valve and put that on the tubeby the battery.

i've read before that a bypass valve doesn't really help with our intakes but i could be wrong!
i had mine that lower or even lower
when people would drive behind me they could see it

yea i cut it back a lil. and y wouldnt a bypass valve work? imma cut it up an inch or so also so it wont be the lowest part of the car ne more.
