im sure someone has asked before but most neons didnt have a tach. stock. http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx...overlays.shtml i would like to install that, but im unsure if the wiring for the tach is already there and it was just an option wethere or not one was installed. does anyone know if it is?

 

that's just the overlay....

 

just go to a junkyard or ebay and buy a tach. cluster. or could even buy an 8k tach from me. cause i got an extra one that i dont need. oh and to answer your question. yes it is pre-wired. cept some rare times with some early 95 models.

the 2nd link is still an overlay to give the gauges a white face.....if you buy it, then you will have to go and get a cluster with the tach in it...otherwise the overlay wont fit properly....unless you find one for a cluster without a tach
