Default What exactly makes this high-peformance?

Is it the blue racing stripe or, maybe, the viper decal? You guys tell me...

according to the Vin its a R/T. or as it said a '98 Sport. which was the R/T. cause the Sport model was dropped for '98.

it is an r/t.....and not all r/t's had the moon roof and power windows....they can be ordered without them...
my red r/t was specially ordered without the stripes, manual locks, manual windows, no moon roof, and manual windows

the high performance is probally the fact it is an r/t and it has the fart can on it

I am pretty sure they built the Sport in 98 also. Even then that wouldn't make it an R/T just because they "didn't" make the sport in 98 as you claim. It would still have to have the stiffer springs, leather wrapped steering wheel and so on.

opps. your right. i just looked at the timeline again. they did make the Sport. but it wasn't a model model. it was just an option group. least according to the other site.
