what do you mean mulletman...i can take the stock injectors from a 5.0 mustang and use the neon fuel rail...wat about the plugs ...i cant imagine they are the same...have you done this?[sm=WTFsgign.gif]

 

yea the stock neon injectors can be simply switched with the mustang stock 5.0 injectors, if u wanna run richer fuel then do that. wta plugs are u talking about?

 

the electronic plugs that are on the top of theinjectors ....that run the firing order...would i have to switch them out with the plugs of a 5.0

 

no they fit right on i belive, ive done it
and the distrbuter runs the firing order
not the plug caps

You can use 05 and up injectors from a Mustang GT which has the 4.7L engine in it, not the 5.0! They swap right in because they use the EV6 connector. You can unplug your stock neon injectors and pop in the stock Mustang GT 24 lb. injectors.

what kind of gain do u get by swaping ur injectors? would it do anything for an almost stock DOHC neon with just an intake?

 

did the 4.7 injectors help much ....i think the ones i have in now are either 21lbs os 19 lbs..not sure which

 

The only gain you will see by swapping injectors is an increase in gas consumption. It does not add HP AT ALL!
