The DOHC block and the SOHC block are the SAME CASTING NUMBER.
The heads will fit on each other.
The DOHC PCM provides more gas than a SOHCPCM does so therefore its better if you are using a Turbo.
The DOHC PCM from an Automatic is a ***** it redlines at 5800 Rpm but with a Turbo you wont need to push your car that high....lol because you should have won the race allready.
Your SOHC PCM for an Automatic might actually redline Higher than a DOHC Automatic Pcm.
The Manual PCMs of either the DOHC or SOHC is what you want if your going for a higher redline.
