Default Circle Track questions

I'm going to race a 95 neon on a 1/3 asphalt oval track next year been doing some reading on here and have a few questions. I've seen people ask about a dohc pcm into a sohc which I'm running does it help? I see the 96 and up has diff cam is that a better cam? Any other tips on circle track racing would really be helpful sick of losing all the time. The rules basically says stock so we have to be "creative" I see a bigger TB that won't be to tough to hide. Been looking to do some minor head work possible intake add a header. Just to start. Thanks in advance
Aaron

put as much camber as you can in the right side.

most rulebooks say you cant stagger the tires.... so how do you get larger tires on the rightside???? well you can run new tires on the right and used ones on the left. make sure the used ones have at least the minimum tread depth. you can also stretch the tires on the right, by adding tons of extra air for the week before, then letting it out to race spec right before you race. you cant have different springs rates either, but it doesnt say you cant have used ones on certain corners.
