Default Got my baby back

After 18 long days i finally got to drive her once again. I got my new engine (60K, 98 Expresso) and my new tranny (75K) and a brand new clutch. Im a lil bummed i didnt get a PT clutch but ill manage. She runs a lot smoother and feels faster but maybe thats because i have been driving a 97 Blazer. Im so happy and now with my new engine its time (after i pay off my debt) to start highly modding my 2.0L DOHC Neon. **** i was so excited to drive her. I only got into it once and loved every second of it.

*Mechanics didnt hook up my reverse lights to my tranny[:@] and i pay them good money. oh well no biggie*

yeah i have already noticed improvements small but still. She accelerates uphills in 5th now before she would usually slow down. She use to kinda shake at idle...thats gone now and it use to make a small squeeking noise after i hit the accelerator if i payed close attention...also thats gone. Once i pay off my debt ill start off with a few bolt ons than ill finally start saving for a turbo set up. Its gonna be awhile but hey i have gone through a lot in a year and a half of having the car. The next year should be a good problem free one. Now instead of fixing its weaknesses i can strengthen its strengths

Just curious, did they put a new timing belt on the new motor?
