Default 1999 fog lights

After my 99 neon got it's front end redesigned by someone else, I put a factory fog light type bumper on. The car is pre-wired down at the core support for the lights, but I cant find any pre-wire up in the dash. If I take it any farter apart, it may never run again.

Thanks!

I did kind of the same thing. I found the wires needed in behind the panel in between the instrument cluster and the center vents. I also had a wiring diagram manual

if you pop out the small plastic plate that hold the rear defroster switch then there should be a slot on the back that holds the plug for the fog lights

that's where I started w/ no luck. After looking further, I looked @ the fuse box. The slot for fog lights has no terminals for a fuse. Just two empty holes.
