i put on the tb spacer but now at high rpms i hear a little wistle sound it sound like its just sucking alot of air but idk..

what could it be ?? the tb spacer came with gaskets so i dont think there is a leak but could the sound just be comeing from the air coming into the tb spacer?? it sounds cool but im not sure what it is.. kinda like a BOV but not as loud

 

I made my own 1/2 inchTB spacer out of the base of an extra intake manifold then I permatex'ed it into place and used 2 half inch longer bolts and it doesnt make any whistle at all so not sure how the after market ones work.

 

your t.b. spacer is suposed to make that noise the wistle comes from the t.b. spacer creating a vortex which atomizes the fuel better which creates a better burn in the cylinders hence a slight power gain and better fuel milege

I always like to spell out what I'm talking about so even noobs know what I'm talking about, unless I mention TB or something like that so much in a sentance where its obvious I'm talking about that : ) I'm a pretty fast typer and once I get into what I want to say I just keep going. At this Nelly Furtado Forum I maxed out their letters per post limit... which was like 10,000 Charactors, it was about how beautiful she was and what a good performer she is...lol I had no life then.

Yeah I'm layed offright now and so I have lots of time to plot my car's build up : )

I am going to study designs of professionally made TB spacers and refine mine if needed, but I might just leave mine cuz I don't think I'll quible about 2hp when my turbo will be cranking out80% more power.

i have datedhotter girlsso im not impressed....4 out of 10 imodiffern't strokes for differn't folks...now back to the tb spacer i think it's stupid to buy one....to make one is not so bad....but you could spend that money better if you we're going to get a new one insted you could get a udp or some thing...wait i froget the idiots on the forums most ofyou guys would go buy a tb spacer off ebay for $3.50 so i guess you can't get a udp for the same price[>:]
