Default Ok noob is back, more problems with my neon ;(

Alright this was my noobish first post : https://dodgeforum.com/m_495930/mpag.../tm.htm#495930

And i am back again posting about recent shop visit.

Car was whobblly specially when i let go of the race, and also when going from stand still to first gear(it would shake like hell when doing this) so went to shop and it cost me $451 tot al
Changed:
Both rear strut mount (this fixed the stupid clink noise i kept hearing in back as if there was a dead body in my trunk).

Now for the whobbly part they say that Right outer tie rod need to be changed ASAP. also mentioned in remarks this :
Front motor mount rubber broken, front and rear struts are leaking (wtf is this ? and how can someone fix this), probably needs frontstruts mounts, sounds like right front wheel bearing is noisy.

So tell this noob, whats the worse can happen if i do not get the tie rod changed, and should getting both inner and outer rods be adviced ? And how u fix leaky struts and what are they for anyways (are they like shock absorbers or something).

Oh one more thing asked them to do oil change forgot to tell them i been using synthetic all the time , so they put this one ine 5 liters of B5W30 , is that synthetic if not will it harm my car cause its been synthetic all its life ?

Thanks for reading this returned noob story and for ur replies

yes they are shock absorbers and you have to buy new ones.

the only way to know if its sythetic is to read the bottle

I guess i need to talk to them and ask what oil they put in, but is it bad if u not use synthetic ?

Any idea how long new absorbers will last for ? Oh i did do the error check the on-off-on thingy. and it came with 55 as the code so nothing else seems to be wrong with the car other than the mechanical part

So how soon shall i get the rod changed ? And shall i go for new struats in front too ?

Do all 4 struts and mounts if needed, replace any worn steering components before you kill yourself or someone else, and enjoy the car for a few more years.

P.S. I have heard that once you go synthetic, you don't go back...

worst that could happen if u dont replace the tie rods...driving down the highway at say 70...your going straight and all the sudden bang one of your tires go the otherway and hello wall....

Oh but there are no walls on the highway only cars r there.
I think i might be forced to put up car for sale after the rods changed as its another 500$ for the struts i am sure. Thats like over 1k repairs already. for an old neon.
