Ok so I`ve finally got hold of a crankshaft positon sensor, cheers Jason, removed the old sensor and installed new one, started up just fine, drove for like 5 minutes then stalled, decided the retaining bolt wasn`t tight enough, yep you guessed it, snapped the damn bolt, was left with just the head of the bolt in the wrnech, so I`m thinking I can kinda drill and tap and hopefully remove the shaft, would this be easy, also what size bolt will i need?......getting slightly peeved with the car now and seriously thinking of scrapping it, any ideas would be great.

Try and use an easy out to remove the bolt.
