Okay i have a 96 plymouth neon SOHC automatic

Im trying to fix it up performance wise and some body work

So far i have a Cold air intake system, im thinking about ordering a chip for it

but can yall name some items and parts that i could install to make it fast and some body tips pleaze

 

i wouldnt waste the money on that "chip" if i were you....they dont really do anything with the neons...
you could start with a header, performance pcm, and an under drive pulley

damn spud! right to the good stuff huh? he could at least start with the cheap stuff untill he knows how sweet the first gen. really is. i mean really, dont u remember how long it took u to get comfortable to spend money on ur first neon? however i will agree on the chip with no doubt in my mind. waste of money. also dont buy a vortek intake turbulance system. there a rip off.

you lost ur chanceat fast when you bought a 4 banger....but you can make it faster!...umm afx makes a computer that i would look into if i were u ...and so does mopar performance...make everything as light as you can ..unorthodox pulleys work well ...(less drag) ..headers and port and polish ....im jsut throwing things at u u can do with them as u plz.....ummmm comp cam or crane which ever u perfer..i have the comp severe street cam under the hood of mine...and then theres always the TURBO route....but if ya wanna go fast use the neon as a daily commuter and get urself some american muscle
