ok today i hooked up the atx tb and i dont know if i just hooked the throttle cable up wrong but i barely tap the pettle and it forces me back.. so did i do something wrong, or is the atx tb with tb spacer really that noticble.. becuz i never expected to actually feel a differance..

and you guys said i would feal the differance at the top end but im fealing the differance in both top and bottom

 

I was thinking about getting one, where did you get yours? I know I can get the atx tb at a junk yard bout what about the spacer? And how neccisary is the spacer?

 

its not that it adds that much hp it just forces you back because the spring is muchlighter and you barley tap the pedal and you are pushing itfarther than u did before with the mtx tb. the tb spacer isnt necessary at all. i have an atx tb on my mtx with no spacer. and i was burnin my cluch when changing gears for a while until i got used to the atx tb.

 

i wish my spring was hard my mpx tb is so light even a fly can go and put it in wot[8D]try reversing

 

lol yea i felt the same way my first time driving it in reverse. i was reving wayyy too high.

 

Sweet Boxer, Im glad you like the TB. I tried cleaning it up the best I could.

 

when i first changed my MTX TB to the ATX thats what it did. its just because your not used to the added response. once you get used to it you'll hardly notice it at all.

i painted it the same color as my car,,dont know if thats considered rice (wouldnt care anyways)
but i need some color in my engine its all black and oily and dirty.. but i painted my oil cap and my tb blue.now i just need the 3.0 CAI

ahh ok well today i saw the spoiler i want ive been talking about it but i didnt know what it was on,, its the spoiler that looks like the srt4s but its on the dodge neon SXT... but im still waiting for 99 neon to get back to me with some pics of his spoiler hes selling ,, well figured i would share my happyness
