cool. yeah i know, i have the boost controller and a blow off already.. i was thiknin (since the internals are all stock) about runnin like 7 or 8 psi. how big of a difference ya think it would make?

 

I'm running the Mitsubishi TE04 Turbo and it is quite a thrill! spools quick and never quits! as soon as you hit the kick down its ready to go! I can churp my tires into second gear with my automatic!.

 

7-8psi is very noticable....i am running 8psi with my stock motor and runs fast as hell.....on the built motor i was running 15psi and that was extremely noticable

 

yeah play it safe and run 8psi you dont wanna mess up your motor

 

not to bring you down 99rtneon but that turbo is internally wastegateed at 7-8 psi anyways the boost controller is not going to help. you will not be able to go above that. And since your aiming for 8 psi anyways just leave it be and dont waste your money on a boost controler or even set it up. just more lines that can get a rip or cut in them ending in bad things happening.

 

alright, dont worry man your not bringin me down, i love havin all this help! i had the boost controller and blow off from my old car.. so this might be a stupid question but what all will i need for this job?? i am not to informed woth turbos (really want to learn though)

 

heres spuds list of things....its for the srt turbo and manifold so i edited it for your set up...and theres alot of things on this list you dont NEED but if you want to do it right heres the list...Slash just threw on a turbo and manifold and said here we go but not recomeneded he has an extra motor just wants to see what the block can take...

alright well i have the blow off valve, a two gauge piller pod, srt-4 boost gauge,i jus put a new timing belt,water pump,and cluthcon my car. so i am donin pretty well so far! haha i cant wait for this! lol oh and i also have an extra engine,two transmission, and an extra head.
