i bought an overhead valve spring compressor from an autoparts store for about $50....its pretty easy, i never used one before but had all 16 of mine changed in about 45 minuites....

its a freaking PITA! i hate assembling heads i get so frustrated doing it sometimes. but like spud said u need a vlave spring compressor to do it (the correct one also)
