Ok so I've got a 95 SOHC Automatic. I was going to make the 3.0 CAI for it and i have a few questions. has anyone been able to get this to work with the dual radiator fans that auto's have? And would it be a bad idea to run a one fan setup from a manual? Another snag is that my car has cruise control and it is located UNDERNEATH the battery box and right in the spot I would put the filter. For now i've just put the filter on the end of the stock TB intake and I noticed it is nice and close to the cowl. Has anyone tried to make a cowl induction for this? I figured I could probably just cut a part of the metal cowl and build a box around the filter to keep some of the exhaust heat out and be done with it. Anyways sorry to drag up this topic again but any insight would be great to know. Thanks in advance.

The battery to the trunk is one idea i kicked around too. If i do move the battery to the trunk I'm thinking of making an air box out of the battery tray, which would make it easier to keep the cruise and the fuse box secured.

Hey Das, he could just zip tie the fuse box down, or make a bracket of some sort.

Zip ties arent ugly, esp if there the same color[sm=icon_rofl.gif]
Another suggestion (similar to what Das said) would be to get the smaller battery, like the tractor one, and trim half of the tray......1. You can leave you fuse box where it is, and 2. Have room to run the intake below the battery, 3. It wont look like A$$

heres how i did it...
i used the bolt hole for the battery box to secure the puter then just tucked the fuse box under the fender lip perfect fit too. i know you cant quite see the fuse box but you can see where i put it...
