one last question. i took the exhaust off my car except for the headers, i love the sound and dont care about gas, well i broke the 2 bolts holding the pipe to the headers. do i have to get the bolts with the springs on them or can i use any bolt?

 

being the manifold has a knuckle on it, it would be a good idea to use bolts with the springs
