difference in highline and lowline

difference in highline and lowline
This is my 1st neon and I looked decifered the vin a little bit from the shop manual and it say my neon is a highline what does that mean and what the differece between that and other trim packages

hood is smooth, most had SOHC execpt some of the 98/99s
.edit. dodge never made a lowline, kinda like how mickey Ds doesnt sell a small coke

Not always, mines a highline and i have the bulge hood.

I didn't knowthe factory manual lists a lowline, highline and a sport I know mine has a hood bulge spoiler and a DOHC with a automatic

yea, heres the basic run down...Base, Highline/Expresso, Sport/Style(kinda...), R/T and ACR.
