if u pull on the axles you will seperate the knuckle inside the boot. so long as the boot doesnt come off ur ok. i usually use a pry bar between the trans and axle hub. im assuming ur havingt a problem getting them out of the trans. also when u use the pry bar rotate the axle so ur not always pry at the same spot. just use good common sence when u do it. u dont wanna brake anything

pulling on it we broke it lol. so i'm just gonna put the axles from my green Neon in on re-install. new question, how in the world do u get the transmission out??? my 95 green Neon was so easy. this one is being a butt. do i take off the flywheel while the transmission is in or when its out? i think thats our big problem. cause it has the module clutch whereas the 95 was the conventional.

The flywheel is bolted to the crankshaft, so you will have to remove the transmission first to get the flywheel off.
