ok I'm going to tip toe over this because it's a touchy subject for some people....
the 420a is the same BLOCK wether its a SOHC or a DOHC the heads are what is the difference...there called ecb and something else.
The SYEML003B would be for the 95 DOHC or SOHC
The SYEML006C would be for the 96-99 DOHC or SOHC
However I would seriously try looking into finding the electronic style map clamp, with the adjustable screw. It will allow you to dial in your A/F ratio witch is so very important in turbocharged cars.
Do what you want to do this is all IMO.
