modern performance driving lights

Has anyone seen the PIAA direct replacement driving lights in operation? I'm contemplating either these or a set of HID headlights.

RE: modern performance driving lights

I bought Depo clear headlights with PIAA bulbs last year, but I wanted it a little brighter. I was thinking either the fog/driving lights or HID for my "regular" headlights.

There are piaa headlight bulbs for my car for 75 my bulbs are H7 not stock bulbs
