2.4 by far. all the 10 and 9 sec neons are 2.4.

these are the fastest times of 2007 listed on the org. All these guys are 2.4 turbo or 2.4 nitrous or 2.4 both.
all these are 2.4 all motor...

its hard to get into the 13s all motor/NA with a 2.0 without spending your life savings and puting in those rediculus 13to1 .125 over pistons and running jet fuel.. lol And the 2.4s are doing it under 2000 bucks.
