neon header problem
Hello i have a header problem ... i have a header like this
THE END OF THE HEADER PICTURE :

and i have a flenge part thats for the stock header

that part there that is showing pasted the header wont fit on with a flenge. I need a part that will work with the image above the frist picture. The header end looks like the the picture above. I need a part that will work with that and not make a header leak. I dont know what kind of part . If you can find one please link me to the part

actaully....after looking at the pics again, the header has a flat flange...not concave, as it would need to be to use a donut gasket.....
from the looks of it, you will have to find an exhaust flange that has a flat face just like the header...then you will have to find a flat gasket to fit in between them

spuds is right, we both missed that.
what you are going to have to do is, weld a flat exhaust flange onto you existing exhaust system and put a flat gasket in there. i would take it to a shop to have this done, cuz the alignment has to be perfect.. unless you know how to weld and can do it yourself.
if that lil lip will fit inside your header, you might be able to use a flat style gasket like this one. 2-3 stacked might work.
