Ok my back right tire is locked just nowand its ebrake related, how do I release the ebrake on just that tire? when I sold myparts Neon last summerthis happened to that car toobut the guy I sold it to had it unlocked somehow instantly before I could see what he did, and now i need to unlock my wheel on my good Neon. What do I do?

He most likely just cut the cable, LOL! You could do that since you have an atx and don't really need it, or if you play around with the adjuster on the back of the drum it may release.

Yea on the back there is an ajuster through an oval like hole, I had a similar prob this summer. I just used a flat head screwdriver to turn a star like nut inside behind my rotor. It was a slow process but worked.

Today I bought new brakes and spring kit for the rear,so tomarrow I'm going to tackle it

 

ive had my handbrake lock up before and just backing up usually will unlock it,but once unlocked dont put it back on after,,lol
