Default Head Gasket Test?

is there a way to to test and see if my head gasket is bad? cause theres no oil in the coolant and theres no coolant in the oil. but yet the back of my engine below the head is nothing but oil and some coolant and the whole front of my engine has green coolant all over the front.

I took out the radiator thinking it could be my radiator and it does look like it needs to be replaced but i took it outside and had water go through it and it didn't leak at all. but i still think i'm gonna replace it.

it could be the head gasket but i would think that if the head gasket went it would lead into the chamber resulting in smoke rolling out of the exhaust. i would also check all the hoses and were they connect for possible leaks. no sense in replacing the head gasket if you don't have to

Find out where the oil and coolant are coming from, I know when my head gasket went bad the only problems were a slight misfire and oil leaking out of the back of the head.

i'm first going to take out my tranny to fix the throw out bearing. and i'll check out the rear main seal while i'm in there. if its not leaking from there then i'll do the head gasket i guess. and i am going to completely redo my cooling system. new radiator, hoses, t-stat, heater core....its going to be fun.
