Is your check engine light coming on at all???

If so do the key dance (off on off on off on) no start just off on and count the blinks theres a sticky that tells you how to do it...

if no, I would do this....

check your aternator wires mainly the one that runs from your battery to your alternator. Second check the battery to starter wire.

then check the ground from the starter to the front radiator support...

Then check the battery to fuse relay box...

After that I dont know... Neons are so picky about there grounds and power supplys its not funny...

Try changing out your battery to alternator wire.... Honestly If its not one of those things I would be supprised...
