Default New play toys...installed...woo whooo!!!!

Well I know the pics arnt the greatest for some damn reason my card reader isent working so these are just some snap shots from my phone....

Got the AMM Intake manifold installed tonight... Massive vacume leak going to track it down tomorrow after work... but in my run around the block it screamed all the way to redline. was able to comfortably shift around 38 mph where it used to fall on its face around 30 and was forced to shift... I'm afraid what it will do once the leak is found...

anyways here yeah go...

He does make nice stuff. asfor your vac leak, check that you hooked up the pcv, brake booster, or charcoal canister back up.

If your flooring it and it shifts around 30mph you need to adjust your kick down, tighten it up and back it off 3 turns Trust me had that happen a few times.

it set me back 375 shipped... but the amount of work thats done to it he charges 450 for so not that much less but I cant complain... will find out more tonight after the rtv drys... got the manifold from a kid named tyler on the org. It is possable, hell you can even make one out of a plastic manifold for the sohc and pvc pipe... they call it a Ghetto blaster...

Well I took it out and down to the gas station got the vac. leak 95% the way taken care of still a very small leak but nothing like last night... last night it would rev out of control it was so bad... tonight when I came to a stop the rpms would hover around 1500 or so then drop to normal idle once the car stopped. So Im thinking it is where the map sensor screws into the two holes were stripped out when I got it but the hole is just the right size that the map sensor slides right in and seals with the o-rings that are on the map. So I'm thinking take out the sensor and just put a dab of black rtv in each bolt hole and press the sensor back in...

I was delightfully suprised at how my upper end power "woke up"
dident take it to rev limiter but it was still pulling at 6500rpm where it would normally be flat on its face at 5500rpm... Spoke with mike tonight when I was trying to fix the vac leak and If I cant sort it out then he said I could send it to him and he would fix everything for free just send him return shipping... pretty cool guy figureing that it's really not his problem what so ever since I bought it used... I guess thats what you call standing by your product... At one point he said yeah thats the first manifold that I ever made for someone other then myself, and I interupted him and said and its beautifull, he laughed and said that one is ugly as hell you should see the new ones yours fails in comparison to the new ones....( he was speaking in looks not performance) So who knows maybe I'll sell this one for what I paid and then send him another 125 to get a new pretty one... not that I'm into the whole bling thing but **** if he thinks this one is ugly then I want a pretty one.... lol

So all in all you may see it up for sale in a month or two...

and just to clear things up now if people start asking how much.
I paid 375 for it...
