ok all my fuses are fine, and i have replaced my fuel pump multiple times but it is not kicking in. it couldnt be a wiring problem cuz its not shorting out rite? also would it solve the problem if i got a in-line fuel pump instead?

i have heard about that also i know where it is in a crown vic. but not in the neon where is it?
